Exchange Policy

At United Emirates Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request an exchange under the terms below:


1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Personal care, cosmetics, fragrances, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Gift cards or digital products


3. Defective or Wrong Item

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shopingpointshop@gmail.com or +971 50 478 6982.
We will arrange a free exchange at no extra cost.


4. Process for Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for exchange.

  3. Once approved, you will be given instructions to return the product.

  4. After inspection, we will send you the replacement item.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product (unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered).

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe delivery of returned items.


6. Availability of Replacement

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is not available, you may choose an alternative item of equal value or request a refund (as per our Refund Policy).
