Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

  • Please ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
