  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • We deliver across all Emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.

  • Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days.

  • Express delivery (same day or next day) may be available in Dubai at an additional charge.

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • Delivery time varies depending on the country (average 1–3 business days).

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos for verification.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
